Each property has its own access, private patio area and BBQ area. Five minutes´ drive from the properties is the local café/bar/shop and fifteen minutes away is the medieval town of Penela and all amenities. The properties are fully-furnished and equipped and furnishings are included in the price.
Property 1: Spacious property constructed over two floors with games room and bar (photos 1-22).
Ground floor – Open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with wood burning fireplace. Staircase leading to first floor. To the rear of the lounge is the spacious, recreation area with pool table, games table, bar and bathroom facilities. This area is also heated by a wood burning stove. Cottage 1 comprises: Ground floor – Adega (wine cellar). This is a large, open-plan area and could be utilized as a second bedroom.

The medieval town of Penela and all amenities is approximately 15 minutes by car. The City of Coimbra is 35kms. The A13 Coimbra to Tomar road is 10minutes drive giving easy access to the motorway network and the cities of Lisbon and Porto.
